Motion Bookings costs £39-£149 a month per garage location, billed monthly or yearly, with no per-user or per-mechanic charge - add as many staff logins as you need at no extra cost. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no card required.
There are three plans - Starter, Pro and Pro+ - each building on the one before. Pick the one that matches how your garage runs today; you can upgrade at any time as you grow.
Starter - £39/month
Everything a solo garage needs to get off paper: bookings and job management, customer and vehicle history, MOT management with DVLA/DVSA vehicle lookup, invoicing with VAT, a services and pricing catalogue, staff accounts and permissions, your own public online booking page, and a branded tyre storefront if you sell tyres - included from Starter, at no extra cost.
Pro - £89/month
Everything in Starter, plus the tools a busier workshop needs to grow: Smart MOT (auto class detection and per-class pricing), per make and model pricing, a web enquiry widget for your own website, parts and stock management, SMS reminders (200/month included), two-way SMS messaging, staff time/rota/holidays, and a multi-location view.
Pro+ - £149/month
Everything in Pro, plus full business management: trade accounts and trade pricing, accounting (P&L and expenses), reports and analytics, staff wages and HR records, SMS (500/month included), text alerts to your mobile, a customer portal, and multi-location management with shared SMS and Stripe Connect across every site you own.
No per-user charge, no exit fees
Every plan is priced per garage location, not per mechanic or per login - a five-person team and a solo owner pay the same price for the same plan. Billing is month-to-month or yearly (yearly gets you two months free); cancel any time from your dashboard with no notice period or exit fees.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes - 14 days on any plan, with no card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or your account simply pauses; you're never billed automatically.
Is pricing per user or per garage?
Per garage location. Add as many staff logins as you like at no extra cost - there's no per-mechanic or per-seat charge on any plan.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing works out to two months free compared with paying monthly, on any plan. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes - upgrade or downgrade whenever your garage's needs change. There's no lock-in contract on any plan.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no setup fee, no onboarding charge and no minimum term - the price shown is the price you pay.
What happens if I have more than one garage location?
Each additional location is billed as its own plan, but Pro+ includes multi-location management with a shared SMS number and Stripe Connect account across every site you own.
Is the tyre storefront a paid add-on?
No - the branded tyre storefront is included on every plan, from Starter upwards, at no extra cost. There's no separate charge for selling tyres online.
